I believe so - we have the Nile, the sky a palm tree and the setting sun in the picture, the sailing boat is too small to be the main subject.
On the other hand, I tried to make this a relatively formal geometrical picture by poutting the palm and the river bank directly into the golden cut and using the billowing smoke of the fire together with the palm leaves as a diagonal leading to the sun.
